Pics taken on Friday night, 6th Jan. As you can see from the pic weight was 84.3kg, height when last measured 172cm. My training at the moment is mostly focused on gaining strength so over the first few weeks will be eating to gain weight. I am going on holiday with a bunch of friends and their wives and kids for a mates 40th in April so will likely change my focus over the last 6 weeks to try and look a little less soft for the beach. I will start up a training log to track my training.

Headley good on you for jumping on board, time to get busy and start transforming. I rekon the next 3 months are going to be interesting.

Always gain fat on the trunk. Like all of the trunk. Hopefully it all comes off in the same reverse fashion. Haha!

Tim.

Good luck guys. Getting out of your comfort zone and taking/posting pics is always the hardest part.

With my dad staying with me at the moment the hardest thing is not drinking into many beers or eating too much. ;-)
