Lunch will be canned chicken and rice cakes, or smoothies.
Dinner will be 350-400 calorie frozen dinners
Breaks will be protein shakes.

Not anything hard core, but definitely something to track the calories going in.

Pyro Pro Thermogenics
Evolve L-Carnitine
BN WPC Chocolate

Morning routine will be:
Squats
Dead Lifts
Bent Rows

Evening routine will be 20-30 minutes swimming at the local pool

Will be doing the morning routine 5 days a week, evening routine 6 days a week.

my fiance "Littleladylifter" is in. She doesn't post much so I'll do it for her. Sorry , we forgot the damn sock again. You can all trust me though :) Turns out she lost weight over xmas so doesn't really have much to lose but as she competes in 60kg class and next comp isn't until June it would be good to start April around 60ish. (same theory for my weight loss except 82.5kg)

Weight 63.5kg
Measurements (the 3rd column, I hid the first 2 but apparently that doesn't work in google docs)
Neck 31.7 31.7 33.1
Shoulder 104 102.3 103.6
Chest 85 82.5 91.5
Bicep 27.5 27.3 28.7
Waist 73.8 69 73.5
Butt 97 92.5 96.5
Thigh 53 52 55.5
Calf 37 34.8 36.5

We have a winner.

My left forarm is hurting when i am curling so might have to do something about it.

Otherwise things are going good, lining up 1 hour of swimming tonight, or about 1.2 kms

Try curling with cables until issue sorted.
