I need to work on chin ups and bench.
Squats are coming along okay just taking it easy until my mobility improves. its slowly improving. Have to avoid the temptation to try and go heavy
Knees are really good, best they've felt in years.
Sticking point is shoulder mobility and right ankle.

				 . I'll be going for a 120-130 squat at PTC comp, 80-90 bench and 160-170+ deadlift. If I can nail all of those, i'm almost there
