mate, i feel your pain, i am the exact same as you. i currently eat on average just shy of 4000 calories a day.
at the moment i weigh in at 79.7kg's which i have built up from around 66kg in about 10 months, i hit a plateau at 75kg for a while there but have made the most progress since i have focused on my diet.
