Mate i cant go past hang cleans & press for back, shoulder and trap development.

Yup, missing my bench like CRAZY  ... and alas, the hang clean and press is also out due to my arthritic shoulder :( - cry me a river kunces ...

Dips also out (shoulder) All I got out of that to work on is chins ...

Thanks for the input tho T :)

OHP out - pharked shoulder

Cleans out - same deal

Bent over row - gtg

Anything bench (unless its the bar FFS) - out - shoulder

Time for me to face the facts perhaps ... I'm just an old kunce with a dicky shoulder who may be doomed to a life of regression to puniness :(

For back. Deadlifts and power shrugs.

Chest. Any pressing that you are able to do. Floor press??

Can do light ass machine presses... cable flyes and pec dec (should count my blessings really) But none of the real hard-graft exercises like bb or d/b bench , no incline work. Been trying to get a pump on 'chest' days by doing drop sets and short rests, but its just not the same.

Press ups on the boosu ball (however the phuck it's spelt)

Deads are 'ok-ish' given I blew my back out real damn bad earlier this year around the time my arthritis presented its ugly head in my left shoulder... had to have weeks of dry needling so am still a little gun shy around deads and legs (which were my strongest bodypart/s)

Feeling that back now after deads (1st deads lift in months this morn)... only got up to 130kgs and thought that'll do pig, that'll do... No way I wanna go back to what I had earlier in the year rolling on the ground and shit like a bitch.

Will head back to physio for maintenance which is something i never used to do and just really warm into things.. am still toying with the idea of doing some legs again.

Perhaps just focus on what I can do with upper? i.e. carefully throw out some deads, chins, rows, flyes etc?

We my advise would be do what exercises you can.

Try and fix your injuries.

Take a heap of nurofen before you train.

Yeah I know mate... pretty much knew all along, just venting and hoping one of y'all had a miracle answer

As for nurofen... c'mon mate, surely you can hook a brutha up with sumthin' a little 'stronger' ?

My Xanax got seized dammit! :D

Shrek; just kiddin' bro, don't ban my ass :p)

Nurofen is pretty good for something you can just get at the supermarket. Any stronger go to you local dealer or dodgy doctor.

Pushups with neutral grip (on those plastic pushup handles) were painfree for me when I had shoulder issues. Do thousands of them.

Yup, that's the hand pos. I use when doing 'em on the booso ball...

Got a letter in the mail the other day from Royal Melb. Hospital... Got a consult with a specialist in Oct... Only took 6 months - kunce :D

Gotta love public health care
