eat properly. you cant spot reduce fat, so a good diet will do the trick, with the right workouts :)

darkoz you idiot hahaha the world has enough people with eating disorders.

Well Darkoz wasn't wrong. lol And callan's also right, you can't spot reduce fat - if you have a belly or a tummy, you need to lose weight. A good diet + cardio + weight training, will not only see you reducing fat mass, but also recompositioning your body and building lean muscle mass.

The easiest way to get rid of a tummy, is liposuction and/or a tummy tuck - swift, effective but not without it's risks.

The best way is to focus on your overall health/fitness and wellbeing - 500 ab crunches a day won't get you to where you want to be, if your diet is shit.

Essentially losing weight overall, will help you get rid of belly fat, as well as fat stores elsewhere on the body.

Just ensure it's actually 'fat' and not excess skin, sometimes even the most diligent attention to fat loss, won't see a protruding tummy reduce in size, this is typically common with women who've lost a large amount of weight and/or had a child/children.

For some women the abdominal muscles become distended and seperated over time (prolonged obesity and/or the many months of pregnancy, singular or multiple pregnancies) and along with the loose skin, it becomes annoying and frustrating when you know you're putting in the hard yards with exercise and diet, but it's making little difference to the tummy region. The only real solution and fix for this abdominal distention and muscle seperation is tummy tuck surgery.

But assuming that's not the case for you, it's going to come down to plain and simple fat loss.

Good luck! :)

When in doubt squat. When really unsure, squat more.

It forces your whole body to work hard and changes body composition like nothing else.

Working your core hard is a bonus.

ah would you look at that,

squats get you shredded

whats next?

deadlifts increase your penis size
