LMD what belts have your tried?

just the gym's belt.

I was using it and felt my lower back tearing or pulling so i stopped using the belt.
 
A belt won't protect your back.
If you have shit form, an existing injury or a muscular imbalance, you will get hurt.
 
yeah ill stay off the belt, get my hips right first if anything.

After doing some doorbell squats i can defiantly feel my hips tightening up when i hit parrellel, it hurts to keep it there lol. My lower back rounds.

Cool, just keep doing it, you will improve over time, no damage will be done and your rom will improve, just keep at it.
 
Iforgot to add your aim is to improve your depth, so squat deep and stay there as long as you can, do reps every time you pass a door.

this is going to sound stupid, but literally as long as i can? 3 minutes?

This is a video of me last week doing deadlifts - 170kg x 2. I knew my form was sloppy so i stopped on the 3rd before i pulled something.
