Xwifex and KFG discussed the possibility of having a monthly challenge every month.
Well what a great idea.
So let's throw up some ideas.
Mine is 20 reps squats every day with a weekly increase of 5kg.
So, for example
Week 1 - 20x 60kg
Week 2 - 20 x 65
Week 3 - 20 x 70
Week 4 - 20 x 75
