Monthly Challenges

What about 50 push ups every day, how ever many sets it takes?
ehehehe

It's a challenge, not meant to be easy.
 
So far:

20 reps squats every day
30 chins
50 push ups
50 sit ups
10 min planks (over a few sets)
100 burpees
 
yea i like the idea of no equipment , or minimal equipment
chin ups , pushups , burpees , planks ,situps

All of these could be done in other formats too... like 1 1st day, 2 on 2nd day, etc. Or go up in multiples of 5 depending on the exercise.
 
Day 1, 10 chins, add an extra each day.
Edit, same for squats, pick a weight and stick with it throughout.

My old man does 50 pushups a day.. I dont mind the combo's

20 reo squats 3 days a week. 50 situps 4 days.

at least its more beneficial.

The calf challenge is hard enough :'(
