I'm a 43 year old male.
Been training for a long time - had my ups and downs health wise but even after all the crap and how far down the ladder I slide I still love to train and always love the training community!
Currently just trying to put on size and succeeding with some great, heavy sets. I do like to mix it up though and I don't always train 'just heavy'.
Love cardio - ha ha ha - no one loves cardio. I still do it though!
I love to train legs!
