Tomorrow I’m starting an 8 week cycle. I’ll be using Cardarine, SR9009 and Yohimbine, with a low dose of Ostarine to go along with them, kind of like a leafy garnish on top of a fine pasta dish. I’ve also got some Clen which I might take for a couple of weeks in the middle of the cycle, I’ll see how I feel.
Along with this I’ll be walking about 10-20km a day and doing weights 2 maybe 3 times a week with some HIIT in there. It’ll be a challenge since we’re in lockdown. I’ll be on the keto diet keeping my carbs as low as possible and will also be doing OMAD. And of course I will be in a calorie deficit, even doing 2 and 3 day fasts.
All of this is to burn 5-10 kilos of stubborn belly fat that is extremely hard to get rid of. I was 82 kilos, I got myself down to 64.9 through clean diet and exercise but still had a visible belly, then I relapsed (starting eating maccas, kfc and pizza again), and gained 5 kilos so now I’m at 70, but back to eating clean. I always thought when I reached 65 that would be job done.
This last bit of belly fat really is tough to get through. It’s definitely not a calorie game when it comes to this stuff. I’m guessing I’ll need to get to at least 60 kilos to completely get rid of this thing. This is why I’ve decided to leverage pharmacology to try and get rid of it once and for all.
Any thoughts or advice? Have you done a cut like this before? What do people think of Yohimbine? Do you have any questions for me? I might post updates if this gets replies.

YHCL brings back memories, not exactly good ones......need to take it easy with that stuff. Once upon a time as a young lad i got 10g raw ychl and the max dose was 30mg though i accidentally took 330mg due to incorrect measurements and probably rushing around at the time. What followed for the next 12-16 hours was not pleasant at all to say the least.......Strangely enough, with all my drug abuse for decades now, my heart is still in extremely good shape with High End Ultra Sound Testing done on my heart checking for blood flow, holes, heart wall thickness, heart size, ventricle sizes and general heart health etc. I had three Heart Specialists Monitoring my heart in all these ways and more, it was the most thorough heart check i am yet to have.
That being said, Clen is extremely dangerous as well........I usually recommend people start with Albuterol first and then ramp the dosage up if needed. Then a few cycles later they may want to contemplate running Clen or maybe try something safer such as an ECA Stack and you can swap compounds in and out of this Stack e.g. use Psuedo instead of EHCL and possibly add DMAA or DMBA or DMHA or Phentermine or Modafinil. You really just need to find whats right for you and what makes you feel good physcologically. No good running any form of Ped(s) if you don't feel right in the head. EHCL is slightly stronger than Psuedo fyi, and its also much harder to acquire due to it being heavily regulated due to being used as a Precurser for you know what.....
I realise you have already started your cycle, just giving you some more ideas mate for further down the line
10-20km ed walking is heaps, along with weights. I don't see how you could possibly not loose weight. I walk a few km and the weight melts off me, though i am literally twice your size and thus i burn a shitload of calories even when doing absolutely nothing.
How have you handled the 2 and 3 day fasts thus far?

There's not a lot of scientific literature on the subject of IF and SHBG (did find this study which shows "Testosterone and insulin-like growth factor 1 decreased significantly in fasting group, with no changes in normal diet group"

Interesting because fasting has been said to increase HGH/IGF due to lower blood sugar levels. This was a major factor as to why people who fast often and eat less in general tend to live longer. Higher blood sugar levels for example also decrease Test levels, this can happen with Slin use very easily. Whats written above is the opposite of what many people go by.....I wonder if there's "other factors" involved.......
Regardless I would stick to a traditional bodybuilding diet and meal timing.
Thats what i reccomend as well, though i change the diet up if not daily then literally every meal so it keeps me guessing and i don't get bored of the same food again and again etc. I'll do for example one meal pasta based, next meal rice based, next meal potato based, next meal bread based, next meal bean based etc etc. This also gives me a very wide variety of nutrients. And i mix different meats and dairy e.g. beef, chicken, pork, lamb, veal and for dairy i do milk, cheese, cream, sour cream, butter, yoghurt. Basically all the good old fashioned full fat untouched and unprocessed stuff.
Ok guys, time for an update.
I took your advice and got rid of the T3 and wont be doing clen. I am 4 days into it and I gotta say I’m feeling pretty energised. I haven’t looked at the scales yet so I can’t see if im losing weight just yet. Ive been eating well under 2000 calories a day.
I’m dosing Cardarine at 20mg a day, 10mg a day Ostarine, 24mg of SR9009, 6mg 4 times a day, and 10mg of Yohimbine on maybe 50% of days.
I do have another question. I’m taking sublingual sarms, and was wondering how long should I hold it under my tongue for? If i go over 2 minutes it starts to damage your membranes, would 30 seconds be enough for maximum absorption?
Good work stopping the T3, it works though too such a tiny degree its simply usually not worth it. You'll get far better effects from increasing your water intake. In fact for any type of diet, both gaining and loosing weight the very first thing you should do is increase your water intake substantially. The more you urinate, the more water, sodium and fat you loose. Urine contains 6% fat so literally the more water you drink = the more weight you will loose. At first you may bloat up a bit, though after 1-2-3 weeks or so the body adjusts and then it naturally starts to rid itself of the excess water that you've been consuming and holding etc. When this starts happening the weight just melts off really quick, and all you've done is increase your water intake. Easy.

Also eating well under 2000 cals is ridiculous.
A 60kg girl would eat that and loose weight.
So before you start taking “MOnSTER STACKS” you need to learn how to eat.
4 days is way too early yes, give it 4 weeks.
You never used DNP? I don't agree with some guys using doses upwards of a gram ed, thats insane. Even on 400mg ed i was hot as all hell. Safer to run a really low dose like 100mg ed for an extended period of time.
