Tomorrow I’m starting an 8 week cycle. I’ll be using Cardarine, SR9009 and Yohimbine, with a low dose of Ostarine to go along with them, kind of like a leafy garnish on top of a fine pasta dish. I’ve also got some Clen which I might take for a couple of weeks in the middle of the cycle, I’ll see...
Ok so I've watched about a billion Youtube videos now over the last year during Covid on everything to do with body building you name it.
I've tried a few different training styles and ideas now related to these different ways of training but still want to know so much more.
Im curious about these artificial sweetners in my fav drink coke zero. At work everyone telling me it will stop me from losing weight because the sweetness spikes insulin or something. I dont have an education all i know is code and like to lift weights. This chemistry food stuff is...
Does anyone have recommendations for home gym flooring? I want something that’s hard wearing and can install myself. I don’t drop weights on it (at least not intentionally). It’s to go on a concrete slab of a domestic house.
I have had a hip replacment three years ago, i have started to go to the gym but am unsure of what I should be doing to build up the muscle around my hip. All I have been doing is upper body on machines and have not done any free weights. Just after some info on what I could do to start this...

2. If you?re a true hard gainer, one of the best ways to...

Hi all. I'm just at the end of my first week in the gym. I'm 45 and haven't trained for about 15 years so am a little rusty. I thought for the first month I should do some conditioning so I don't injure myself so I'm going 5 days a week, doing very low weights and just doing basically big muscle...
