Main frame is from 70mm x 50mm x 2mm thick steel. Backrest structure is from 100mm x 50mm x 2mm steel welded to twin 10mm thick laser cut steel plate brackets. Seat structure is from 50mm x 50mm x 2mm steel welded frame forming a high strength torsion resistant base. Strong 12mm gauge bolts used to securely construct minimal framework front and back legs to braced welded main frame.
