I've been waiting ages to put something here!

I managed a bench press of 105.5kg (that's weight of plates) this morning.

It's only half a kg more than my previous best, which I got to once last year, and only managed to get back to (once) this January.
But, for me, it's still a PB, so I'm nailing this to the door :)!

PS - the way I bench, I have my feet up - so this is all top end.

DEADLIFT. 145kg

had more in the tank but easy does it :)

A pretty comfortable 190kg squat. I'm calling it a post injury PB :)
Big plans for my squat this year!!

140kg x 3 Deadlift (beltless) for a 3RM PB, probably could have ground 1 more rep out but was happy with that.

Mine is nothing special at all in the grand scheme of things, but i have been squatting 70 kilos in 3 x 8 every day last week. Still kinda new to squatting so taking it slow and steady. making sure the form is spot on too; slow down, all the way down, pause, then up slowly. 24 reps takes it out of me :)

Pb's are pb's headley. The grand scheme of things means shit all.

Compare yourself to no one but yourself.

Tim.
