Lol. Nothing to write home about...my money says that less than 5% of the members of this forum can do that. Actually probably less than that. ;)

Good stuff man!

Tim.

Nothing to write home about but a PB for me: reverse grip chin up (90 kg) BW + 20 kg: 6 reps
Nice! I just got +25kg (+102.5 bodyweight) x7 the other day. It goes up soooooo damn slowly for me. I'd love to hit 10 reps with a 25kg plate.

I think I could have done +25kgx6 1 year ago. 1 rep per year. zzzz.

52.5kg for 12 reps on the strict press today. So 2.5kg added to my 12RM from the last time I pressed!

Since you didnt attach a random gym selfie for no apparent reason claiming your lift KFG cant believe your quoted lift, he'd love to he just cant do it. Apologies sir.

I don't know if it's just me, but I always feel good when I triple my old 1rm, feels like you've moved on to the next stage in training, good stuff oni

182.5kg back squat. Wraps.
Feeling good about then now.
Ill be moving my feet out a little over the coming weeks. Then making a run at 200kg.

This is an all time pb. Considering 120kg x 2 was all I could manage coming back from hurting myself at tough mudder a few months ago im stoked!! Progress should continue heading the right direction now!

Tim.
