Long time since i've had a PB to post up in here but tonight:

Seated Shoulder Pressed 27.5 KG DB's x 8 for 2 sets - BW just under 71kg
 
Did my bench training today close grip and apparently 82.5kg was the most I've used with a close grip. A few sets of 3-4 reps
 
Finally did 1 muscle up this afternoon, well 2 x singles actually - something I wanted to complete before mid next month..

Inb4 crossfit is gay blah blah, have no interest in doing that, just wanted to know if I could do one...
