Broke 2 pb's so far this week. I'm a lightweight (67 odd kgs). Yesterday did a 102.5 squat and today did a 165kg deadlift. Bench and standing shoulder press aren't worth posting :/

Front squat 120 x2 (had more in me for sure but bar slipped) Still a PB albeit a crap one as I haven't really tested them before. Normally do 5's.

Catching me on pushpress. 85 here.

Today I finish smolov jnr. 108x3x10 will be a pb of sorts. 3rm is 110. But never got more than one set.
Then ill attempt some kind of deadlift pb. Blockpulls today.

Hit a 105 clean and jerk today. Heaviest I've ever done is 115, but not in the last couple of years. This felt very good.
