Tim did 230kg for a second deadlift, asked what he wanted for a 3rd and he is like "surprise me" lol
I put 242.5kg down for him

Perfect attempt, was everything he had. One side red for unlocked knee, two whites!
250 is a training cycle away for sure
 
Cant believe i got red lighted again. Dont think my quads could have locked harder haha.

A few weeks back I did a pull up with 30kg hanging from my waist.

Yesterday I managed 5x50kg and 20x25kg OHP.
 
Epic numbers.

Finally went 500 in the gym. 160/135/205 @77kg that night. Bench was everything I had but I think there's an easy 10-15 left in my squat.

8.11 on beep test. First cardio I've done in a long time so not as bad as it seems. Last time I did beep test was 2004 so I'm just guessing its a pb.
 
PB'd all my lifts on the weekend including my total (3 lift pb's)

Squat - 267.5kg..........25kg pb
Bench - 227.5kg.........17.5kg pb (3 lift)
Dead - 270kg.............22.5kg pb
Total - 765kg.............65kg pb

 
115kg x 3 bench, after two doubles
Most I have benched previously is 112.5 about 4 months ago

Patience with volume is paying off. Hopefully good for 120's in a few weeks
