What is the lowest weekly deficit you have cut on?

My diet before was to lean out and fill up my weight class and get stronger for my december meet which I did! Now it's time to focus on getting to 6% in time for my next meet

No, I just want to be lean
I have visceral fat as well, my abs show but I have a 33" waist. Not going to kid myself and think I have a "powerful torso" or some such, I need to get rid of it for health reasons. I'll also perform so much better at 6%, the weight cut will be easier and I'll fill out my weight class much better
