Currently prepping for bb shows next april/may with the guys at team 3dmusclejourney.com after doing a couple of shows this may keen to get to know you guys here and learn more.

Hi dudes and dudettes, new to the forum and thought I would introduce myself! Finally starting to carve a decent physique out of this chubby body I have had for the last 24 years. Hoping to gain some great tips from the site and taking my workouts to a whole new level in the new year.

Been going to gym on and off over the last 5 years but had the last year off. Been steadily putting on some love handles so I figured it's time to get back to work. :D

Training Experience: 7 Years- went from 90kg to 110kg on monster bulk. Trimmed back down to 100kg, currently 97kg on the way up. hopefully smarter this time

Joined AUSBB because I am currently switched my training sessions to early morning and don't get to see anyone at the gym, So I don't have interaction with like minded people. My wife won't have a bar of it.
Just finished a 3month diet lost 5kg of weight and lost maybe 2% bodyfat, Time to add some size, clean that is.

Probably getting a but old to start but better late then never. Always played sport etc when younger, but since I have been a builder I no longer had the time and didnt want injuries etc. So thought it was about time I tried to get back into something and get fitter and look better

I'm 180 cm, 77kg and no idea about body fat, I put some pics on my log maybe someone could estimate for me????

Hey Guys and Girls,
Been spending the past day or two surfing the internet of everything supplement, nutrition, body-building and everything in between.
That brought me here, so I thought I'd sign up and say hey, and use it as a base for knowledge :)

I'm 20 and male, 21 soon, and started my fitness journey about 2 months ago after having enough.

Got a personal trainer, and had a huge overhaul of my diet and nutrition, and gained knowledge regarding nutrition and working out; and it definitely paid off two months later.

November 6th, Body Fat % : 23.7% , Weight : 87.9 kg
January 2nd, Body Fat % : 19.6 % , Weight : 77.0 kg
and yesterday, 2 months later, weighed in at exactly 77.0 kg and with 19.6% bodyfat!

Starting to get into nutrients and supplement knowledge, and just a general idea of where everywhere belongs;
as everything in the body building/fitness world can be a bit overwhelming.

I'm looking forward to be apart of all this!
