what do you observe to be the most overlooked body part?
everyone works the arms and chest , and most/some work the legs , but what other areas do people neglect
Now im relatively inexperianced compared to the majority on there when it comes to the gym.
What I see a lot in my gym is people that do 4 or 5 different exercises for the same body part. Like 4 different variations of cable curls.
I see this as pointless but then again I have little experience...

What do you drink if you want to keep calories down?
I prefer beer, which beers are the lowest calorie?
It's too hard to cut out the pub it's a big part of social life.. I just want to minimize harm to my daily calories. I'm talking about pub only 1-3 times a week average.
I'd like to give stiff-leg deads a go. Where would I find solid info on form for that lift?
