Was looking through You Tube today and typed the word push up. Response? hundreds of different ways to do push ups!
What is your method of push up, what have you tried and succeeded/failed, which would you like to master?

Does doing pushups on your knees help to build strength in the same areas that normal pushup build strangth?
I can only do 2 or 3 push ups max as I weigh a lot. One of my many goals is to be able to do 50 push ups non stop. Will doing knee pushups help at all or should I stick to doing 2 or 3...
Has anybody had any experience with pull ups on rings vs on a straight bar?
Which do you think is easier?
Just wondering because I could only ever do about 15 strict bodyweight chin ups in the past.
I'm quite weak now from not training for about 2 months and tried some bodyweight chin ups on...
I got my power rack yesterday and it has a bar for doing chin ups(muscle motion rack). I gave them a try last night and i can do around 6 or 7. How is the best way training to increase the reps I can do.
I know I need to do them to get better but is there any training methods out there...
A muscle up is basically a pull up followed by a dip.
They look so easy when you watch some clips of strong and experienced people doing them, but if you've never done them, they are super tough.
You can do them on a bar or rings.
My goal is to do at least 1 rep !
Then move on to 10, 20...
So Ive been doing alot of wide grip pull ups of late, Im at the stage now that I can do 5x5 with about 30sec rest between comfortably, Id like to step it up a notch I was thinking of going for 5x7 or doing them weighted and staying to the 5x5..?
what would be better adding more reps or adding...
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 TBS seasoned rice vinegar
2 low carb whole wheat tortillas
1 can tuna (water packed)
1/2 cup cucumber strips
1/2 cup thin carrot sticks
Stir vinegar into rice. Spread onto wrap. fill with tuna and veggies. Roll into cone shape.
