Just re read this thread and I know its probably too late but I think we should have selected a bodypart and let people choose whatever they wanted to do kind of like calves for this month. Night be something to look at for next month.

Or have two polls, the first earlier in the month to select bodypart. Then second poll afterwards to select the exercise? People can always do an alternative if they really don't want to do the challenge (or just skip a month)?

l think it worked well this month for 'calves' thats all... Most people were doing bodyweight stuff one day and then barbell/weighted stuff the next... That would be easier then just doing 50 pushups each day.... Say if it was 'back' month... You could do barbell/db rows one day then do inverted bodyweight rows the next then back to t-bar rows then back to body weight chinups..... Mixes well....
I wanted to squat, I don't need any extra chest work! lol

50 push ups I can do in varying sets throughout the day, but can someone explain what this is going to do for my body? The calves I was excited about, because we could all do with added strength, muscle tone and definition there...but push ups? Really?
