Why don't you increase the weight for SLDL when you could do 3 sets of 10 reps no failure? Btw im guessing its a must to have a spotter for this..any advice for when you don't have a spotter?

Buy yourself a power rack with safety bars

Owh right, thats why you guys don't recommend split training, makes sense. for this program im gonna be doing monday wednesday and friday, im wondering from friday to monday is too much rest?

Begginers adapt to a training session much faster than intermediate or advanced trainees. In about 24-48 hours you should be adapted and recovered from you session (hence a day of between lifting). So that answers your detraining question too. Having the weekend off will give you that extra day of rest for any additional recovery you need.

And sticky I think (hope) it was just how he typed it and he did not mean that. CoMarsh do you have a power rack or do you go to a gym?

Lol don't need spotter for SLDL, common sense was asking two questions lol. Im getting a squat rack and bench press, unable to afford a power rack, fairly expensive.

Few Question guys:

With Bent Rows, I'm feeling it more in my front Deltoids then my middle back. Should i drop weight?

For the first set of my deadlifts this last week, i feel like this pain in my inguinal (the "V" section below your ABS) Feels like its tearing. How ever it goes away after the first set, im not sure if its caused by the initial lift off the ground. I feel like my technique is fine. What should i do? i have never done Dead lifts before

8x3Sets for all exercises
