Quick question guys. Long time lurker, newbie poster. Anyways I have been following this for about 7 months now. I want to increase my strength now, for the main lifts, bench, squat and DL am I able to do rep ranges of 3x5 (SS style) and then keep everything as written, or should I just leave it as? Thanks in advance.
