If it were that simple we'd all be benching 200 and have chests liked Arnie.That's pretty much covers it, it's not rocket science, add weight to bar and keep benching.

It is that simple, but I don't personally know anyone that does this, hence not many people have a decent bench. I only bench what I consider light, and I don't really do it often and I can still do 120kg for reps any day of the week, imagine where I would be if I was serious and actually concentrated on benching and increasing my numbers.
Arnie did, so he had a decent bench.
Anyone that trains as hard as what he did will see results, most people don't, so they don't see results.

I think the most i have ever pressed consistently in the past is 80 kilos :s
I think i could maybe 1 rep 100 kilos?
How can i improve on that weight?
By spotters you mean safety bars, right????do drop sets and use a spotter so you can go to failure without harming yourself

Train your upper back and lats. Learn to kick in leg drive.
And put on weight.
