Hey guy's

27 year old gym goer from Logan Brisbane, I Just like as much information as I can get my eyes on, so that's why I joined Ausbb.

My goals for the moment are to strengthen my squat and deadlift while adding some mass.

probably starting a 531 program in April, until then I will finish off this 12 week daily video trainer with Kris Gethin (which I wouldn't recommend).

anyways,

I would like to welcome you to the Ausbb- Australian BodyBuilding Forums, Good to have you all on board. Don't forget to start your own Training Diary. Your Training Diary will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress. When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log.

Cheers,

Hey Buddy, I used to train at lifestyle browns plains but I have been using my own gear for the last year and a half.

Hoping someone will open a descent gym for lifters, like a PTC or some sort of strength orientated gym.

I joined AusBB because I wanted to start to train harder, speak to other like minded people, gain information and seek advice. I have a really supportive other half who also loves fitness + BB, so I thought it was time to reach out a little more. I am pretty shy when it comes to strangers and don't talk to many people at the gym.

I love weights and pushing myself further- cardio will never be my thing. In the middle of last year I found out that I have a type of congenital heart disease (thanks for missing it for 23 years), so I guess that puts a future career as a marathon runner out of the question! So keeping fit, healthy and active is very important to me.

Since I reached my first goal (which was to get healthier after quitting smoking in 2010), I have set a new goal for myself: keep getting better and enter into an ametuer fitness model competition. I don't have to win, but I thought it was an attainable and worthwhile goal as I admire many fitness models and their attitude.

Hey, I am Bobby. Male. Sydney. 29. 94kg (looking to drop to low 80's).

Looking to return to my former shape/fitness. However, in a healthier way. Have been training again since November. Dropping weight is tricky as I pt on bulk on easy, plus some meds I am on have messed around my metabolism.

Really enjoying this place so far.
