Quest for a stronger press bill Starr

I think that is why they thought it was such a good deadlift at the time considering he wasn't a powerlifter working on that lift. Bill's routine meant lots of pulling - cleans, clean pulls, good mornings etc. He got lots of lower back work anyway.

Doesnt mean Bill was anti-deadlift though. He's written plenty of articles stating the importance of doing it for all ages and sexes - he's love ya work Markos.

I think this is Bill deadlifting 666lbs(302kgs) for the national record in the 198lb(90kg) class.

I lift harder whenever I let my mo grow out.

The article is great & spot on with the dips. As my dips improve, my press is also going up.
