I see blokes at the gym while I do a full body workout in 50 min. They'll be just deadlifting that whole time.
And yes they are fat and make a lot of noise dropping tbe weights.
 
I did see a tiny asian girl, couldn't have been more than 40kg and taller than 4' 10" full squatting 60kg
That was more impressive than the fat dudes.

girl at army gym squatted 105kg weighing 64kg, she wans to be a powerlifter though. strong as. she could also bench her bodyweight, unlike the other girls who had tried.

My name is Michael and I believe you can build big Biceps by just Deadlifting and don't need to do anything else other than Squatting and Benching.

waste of money you can do sissy squats without it just hold an upright or something solid lean back up on toes. However sissy squats can be hard on your knees for some...just saying.
 
I have one of these that I use for accessory work on Deadlift day. The work gym is very basic, so it's good to add some volume.
