Thanks Mackie; Training solo doesn't lend itself to easily sharing the glory.. Wouldn't have thought it possible when I started at only 40kg 15 months ago.

Mate start yourself a training log here, share the glory with AusBB.

It's funny sometimes even training alone (I train alone also) reading and participating in guys logs on here that are at a similar BW / strength level really can motivate you to push it in the gym.

Deadlift PR - 200kg for a solid single @ 84kg BW.

Pretty pumped to crack the twohundy. Feels good!

Nice work mate, I got it a little while ago and it felt good but unfortunately not even 200% of my bodyweight. Much more of an achievement at 84kg.

Up n up.
How do you feel with the adjustments you made with Christian?

Yeah pretty good. There were a few things he showed me which were "within the rules" that I didn't know I was allowed to do so had to get used to that. Felt good today though. Comfortable technique wise. First time I've ever had sore erectors from benching ha ha

Also just checked that was actually a 5kg 3RM PB for paused bench

Last week, I managed 3x10x37.5kg OHP. My strength endurance on OHP is so bad that I'm normally hard pressed to manage a set of 10 at 40% (and my best OHP is 60kg), so that was pleasant. I'm not sure if I've posted this or not, but I'm currently up to sets of 19 pull ups. 20's coming soon.

Nice work kunce! Mackie; & ride29er;

Back squat pb for me today. Confidence building.
160x3@9.
So good. This was my 1rm not so long ago.

nice mate. i like the SSB aye. Never really touched it before the other night. did some squats with 50kg with it to feel it out...ended up doing 50 haha.

Does the SSB smash your core / ab region? It feels like my abs are working instead of my back when l'm coming out of the hole.

Yesterday was my first time using it and afterwards I definitely felt it in the very deep core muscles. Like pelvic floor area. Who needs kegels :p

165kg squat. Accidentally. Was only supposed to be 160kg but didn't realise until afterwards that i was using a Texas squat bar. More in the tank for sure.

Saw it first hand. While the worlds largest spotter spotted it for him haha.
Seriously hilarious watching that. George weighing something like 160kg. Good old mack daddy around 75-80. Quite amazing. Haha.

Was an easy rep. Watch this space for 4 wheels.
