Most common mistake - that they bother to train at all given that 99% of them won't be doing anything in five years from now and 90% probably don't have the ticker to stick to it for even a year.
Its pretty sad that.. those of you that go to commercial gyms, how many of fellow members do you see still training after 1 year? I was thinking about it the other day when I was training and all those buddies I used to chat with when I first joined Anytime are no longer there, all fresh faces except 3 or 4.

Actually, ran into a bloke today that trained with us from 1991 to 94, kunce looks good, still has massive guns and hardly any fat, but I was pleased to see he's aged more than I have

I just think its a joke when people go hardcore for all of one second. There's a greater part of their sub conscience that doubts they will ever be able to persevere and they should just listen to that little voice, save themselves the cost of a fitness first membership and not be heard on their views of which fucking smolov or supplement to use.

love it when you rock up at a high school reunion or whatever and everyone looks old as fuck, haha. Went to one a while back and figured within a few seconds that no one else has done any training besides me. Hence nothing to chat about, left early.
Bloody oath, that's why they're common. I can honestly say though, I'm bloody glad I found this forums beginner advice and started off better than some..

young guy comes in throws a couple of plates on and straight into it and that's his warmup, then proceeds to add on .5 or 1kg increments and grunts and groans does a few sets and goes.
