Odd lifts Discussion

fark me. Can put me down for zero as well. I'm on 180kg PPP program at the moment and supposed to do 182.5kg for reps. That could be a while :p
 
Crap. Did a nice pb rack pull today but I see hamburg has said it has to be measured from the top of the bar + plus the bend in the bar made it 47cm off the ground. Oh well will have to do it again.

Haha.

We have worked out it should be just below the knee for most people. I'm actually weaker from there than the ground with a straight bar lol
 
your deadlift rep challenge should require weight to come to a complete rest between reps. its a DEADlift, not a BOUNCElift.

NEXT UP; shallow squat rep challenge.

Bench Press was this 100kg for reps? if so 12.

Bench Press havent done 75%bw but did BW for 17 this week (90kg).

Check out the sticky. Couple lifts changed. Curls, lol and muscle ups been subbed out for some dead lift ones.
