Volume pb today i think.
160x4x5sets squats in wraps. Never done that before.
In fact ive never wrapped more than 3 times in one day.

That's a fair effort. I'm a wuss and can't wrap any more than 3 sets yet.
 
After a billionty years in the gym, I finally cracked 100kg on the bench press today, and some light assistance helped on a second rep.
 
Cheers, guys. I think I'll aim for 102.5kg as my 3rd attempt on Sunday to play it safe (on paper I've got 105kg available now, but I'm not so confident about my ability to get white lights at the same time), then see how training goes after that.

PB's on all lifts today.

Squat 172.5kg (2.5kg PB)
Bench Press 102.5kg (2.5kg PB)
Deadlift 195kg on the platform (5kg PB), then, since that was much easier than expected, 200kg (10kg PB) in the warm up area
