160x4x5sets squats in wraps. Never done that before.
In fact ive never wrapped more than 3 times in one day.
Took some teeth gritting. Especially the last set. Burned.That's a fair effort. I'm a wuss and can't wrap any more than 3 sets yet.

Was never in doubt. congrats mate. Big milestoneAfter a billionty years in the gym, I finally cracked 100kg on the bench press today, and some light assistance helped on a second rep.
Deloading? You will be fineCheers, guys. I think I'll aim for 102.5kg as my 3rd attempt on Sunday to play it safe (on paper I've got 105kg available now, but I'm not so confident about my ability to get white lights at the same time), then see how training goes after that.
