The Gold Coast (100k South of Brisbane) was the premier destination of the 70s and 80s. Then it developed a reputation of being too overcrowded and a bit too Las Vegas. Then in the 90s people started going to the Sunshine Coast (100k North of Brisbane). Somewhere during the 2000s Noosa eclipsed...
Ok so I've watched about a billion Youtube videos now over the last year during Covid on everything to do with body building you name it.
I've tried a few different training styles and ideas now related to these different ways of training but still want to know so much more.
I have been diagnosed with a partial tendon tear in my right shoulder plus bursitis. It manifests as a general weakness in the shoulder when doing bench presses, flies, etc. Does anyone have experience of going down the surgical route. I’m interested in knowing if the repair is 100% and if full...
Yep, lets get it out of the way first - I'm a fat bastard, I hate it, and I've been trying to change that for years with varying degrees of success, but in 18 days I'm under the knife for a VSG alongside my wife, who is having a similar procedure done the same day. Full disclosure, I'm working...

This refers to the Hypothalamus. This is a small cluster in the brain that links your central nervous system to the...
I'm in Sydney this week, staying at the Amora on Jamison Street, the gym is tiny and basically just full of treadmills. Are there any pay-as-you-go gyms within walking distance? Don't need anything fancy.
Also any recommendations on where I can get some clean meals would be much appreciated.

Im going to do my first cycle, but i want to visit the docs first and of course after, and do it right.
A few questions, what should i ask to be checked specifically?
But my main question. Im not the most confident and i hate docs at the best of times for a variety of reasons.
I busted my back on my deadlift session last week, its not bad, but I wont be deadlifting for 2-3 weeks.
I won't be squatting for a week or so either.
Back injuries shouldn't be, but generally are, apart of powerlifting. What you do next, with your body and mind, will determine your return...
