I've done bent over row on a lesser angle rowing to the lower abdomen, Pendlay style with back paralell to the ground rowing to the chest, and most recently the Kroc row (because it's what Jim Wendler reckons is best in 5/3/1).
I like them all, but has anyone noticed any particular advantage...
I mean double overhand. What is/was your grip like and how did you strengthen it?
I find 200kg hard to hang on to but I can, just, for about 5-10 seconds. Using double overhand / not locking thumb/index finger style grip.
Did some rack pulls today at 200kg, 180kg, 160kg, well above my deadlift...
so our partners do stuff that annoys us , rant about it here ....

Question: Do you guys always over under with the same hands. For me its always left as under right as over. Should I be changing it up sometimes, feels weird doing it the other way. Just curious, never thought about it before till I tried to do it the opposite to normal and it sucked.
