Just wondering how many of you have hit the wall training i was doing a 8 week cycle on the bench going great doing 5x5 s then the following week(wich would be week 6) i thought i would do 3 reps x 5 sets at a increase of 5kg i could just get one rep up tried again just another one rep got...

Guys/gals,
I've been hitting the gym at least 3 days a week
over the last 2 months.
Recently though after work I've been god awful
tired to hit the gym! I was wondering if anyone

The embarising part about this was that i was talking at crap at the time. I saw black and then woke up on the floor with a big lump on my head. Wasn't the nicest thing to happen though probly one of the funyer. Im a little worried that this may happen when im benching or sqauting. Any advice??????
I have to be able to run 2.4kms in 12 minutes in order to to pass basic training in the Defence Force. I only just got my gym membership last week so am currently going to the gym everyday and doing an hours worth of cardio work to improve my fitness.

Hi All,
I have currently hit a plateau in my training, I used to be able to up the weight with things like a dumbbell shoulder press every few weeks but I am struggling at the moment! I notice other people changing the weight for each set, for example – I am currently doing 3 x 12 - 20kg...
Does HIT really work or is it just a bunch of crap? I have come across some people that say it works while i see others saying that it's just a bunch of crap.
doing HIT am I just wasting my time? Has anyone else done a HIT routine? if so how has it worked for you? Thanks.
Not sure if this is in the right place, but I just want to find out if there are any new fathers out there who have had to stop training because they just had babies or for those who have been, how long it took before going back and hitting the weights and how you balance the whole equation out...
