Your challenge, if you sign up, is to make progress updates once a week for 12 weeks. That's it. Simple, right?
You don't have to do amazing things every week, you might have unexpected setbacks, you might even have to put fitness aside while you deal with life stuff for a few weeks. That's all...

as far as bike recalls go, this is still a big one: A group of thirteen bike brands are recalling more than 1.3 million disc brake-equipped bikes.

Just a quick announcement but our all in one True POST formula had had a revamp - a simple change but one that has made a massive difference to the end product.

-Take 95% of your everyday max and set it as your training max.
-Week 1: 65%x5...

From an article by Eric Spoto in Power Magazine.
Find a weight you can bench for a hard triple.
Each week, if you hit the weight for a triple on any of the sets, go up 2.5 kg next week.
If you can't get the triple on any of the sets, stay at that weight next week and try again.
Sets x Reps...

I love pizza as much as I love ice cream.
I'm doing my first ever cut. I have trained with weights for along time and has generally been sports specific or just general strength.
I have the diet and macros and what not sorted for the cut and am now on my 3rd week and am feeling the fatigue set in. Simple fact is, working 10 hour days...

If you use a WPC, you would want a good value powder to be as close to 80%.
For an Amino Acid drink, as close to 100% purity as possible or 98% is more common today as most are...
