I know a lot of peeps here say "cardio pffftt!"
But, do we need sustained (12-15 min) aerobic exercise? Not talking about high intensity weights, but actual cardio at a sustained higher intensity for at least 15 minutes numerous times a week??? Sometin to do with the left ventricle or something.
I had the pleasure of hosting on the podcast one of the true legends of bodybuilding – 6 times Mr Olympia Dorian Yates.
Lot's of great stories and advice from his career and body building and post career.

Wide shoulders with a matching and balanced set of trapezius muscles is just what the doctor ordered. I like performing the wide grip barbell upright rows, as it really gives me a magnificent and simultaneous pump in both my side deltoids and trapezius muscles, however my left shoulder is not in...
90% of everything you read on bodybuilding forums centers around working hard, very hard! The weekend rolls by and some can't wait to really play hard either. So we've got 90% working and playing hard, and it seems the same 90% are wondering why they're not progressing the way they believe they...
After Bulk Nutrients had taken the steps to de-activate the old code as it was being misused and abused, it was found plastered all over another site. Bulk nutrients has given us a new code to use , please use it wisely and don't abuse it
Does anyone have a decent video guide to the two olympic lifts?
I'm thinking of adding them into my accessory days to help out with flexibility/mobility plus adding speed and balance into the mix.
Something with Lidia Valentin would be preferred, but, well, anything is OK, as long as they...
I was tossing up weather to put this in the supplement section or the diet section or the steroids section:confused:
Anyway some may remember I took part in a Test Booster Trial a few years back organised by BN, then I think there was one organised by another member/sponsor (??), can't really...
