There was s discussion here ages ago about choosing one exercise only. Which one would you choose?
Let’s do 3.
3 exercises only if you had to choose.

1. Dips: Covers chest, tris and shoulders.

2. Chins: Great for lats and bi’s

3. Trap bar deadlift: Legs, lats, lumber, grip, traps

Everything covered ‘cept calves. ?

Do this every other day with varying rep ranges and you’re gtg. [emoji1]

I think the discussion would be more interesting if you could only pick 1 exercise. For me it would be close between deadlift and squat, probably leaning towards deadlift.Probably a bit more functional.

You have put up a very strong case first up......

good on you, a modest man.

shrek's list is pretty good. I cant really think of any three that would do the job any better if we are to pick one exercise for each muscle group area.

x 2 on those exercises except i have never done TBDL so i would have chosen squats instead. TBDL sounds good though, i must try it.

BTW Chins also hit the side and rear delts and the traps and all those little muscles like the rhomboids, forearms etc.
