Hey AUSBB,

Has anyone dealt with any of these meal companies. Currently looking at Muscle meals direct.

Is it worth it? Are the meals any good?

Maybe.

Obviously they are much more expensive than doing it yourself. I know some people use them but they are obviously well heeled and have money to burn. Its kind of like eating out 6 times a day.

If you are maybe a CEO with lots of dough but wanna looked ripped at the beach and have zero time and live a sad lonely life without a wimmn to cook for you, maybe.

If you are a normal shmo with an about average income, its not worth it. They don't contain anything more than what you can do yourself, unless they lace the salad dressing with dbol.

I'd imagine if you got cash to burn an have zero then not a bad option, but its pretty easy to do the same thing yourself for 1/3 the price. Just do a cook up once a week to keep your meals

But like everything it's a trade off; this one is time/convenience vs money.

A lot of meals are not that time consuming you just got to plan ahead. Just chucked beef stroganoff in the slow cooker. Took less than 5 minutes to throw everything in the pot. Then just let it cook. 4 meals done.

You're paying for convenience. The upside is you know exactly the macros of each meal and they're easy to calculate. Certainly better than eating out at junk food places for about the same price.

In terms of the actual meals, they seem pretty good and are a good serving size.

You don't know the macros of meals you cook yourself?

Well you still need to calculate them. Like I said, you're paying for convenience of not cooking/calculating yourself.
