Why are you overweight Head? Poor eating, under-exercising, lifestyle, medical issues etc? Answer that question, be honest with yourself, then eliminate that cause.

Thanks guys, been going crazy this week with dieting and working fucking hard at work, i've dropped 4 kilos since Monday (today is Thursday), i am now at 132 kilos with 2 more to go. if i get into the 131 range by Saturday im going to get a weigh in at the doctors office.
Agreed, i will be doing that after i get a weigh in today at the doctors. Im down to 131.5 now. My scales are off by 2-3 kilos so i should get under 130. Then its a proper diet
