Thanks Dave. My vast and comprehensive experience in the ''iron game'' has taught me that body weight shrugs are a very underrated exercise.
You don't even need to do them in your gym. I do them all the time, especially when reading complicated threads on this forum.
No, that's not actually me in the avatar Dance Floor Dave, that's my boy, DKD jnr. If you look closely you can see he's in the very early stages of a bodyweight shrug.
