Max's Muscle-Up Challenge 2014
The official start will be in 2 weeks, but the earlier you sign up, the more of a head start you have.
There is also a female version of the challenge called the Maxine's Challenge.

How the challenge works:
- You post a before photo with a newspaper to confirm date. They then provided free training and nutritional plans depending on your goals. It's then up to you to train as hard as you can to make the biggest transformation. Then they pick the Top 50, Top 10 and #1 male and female transformation. There are lots of prizes along the way.
- It's free to sign up and the only condition of entry is to purchase at least one Max's product.
- The organisers and coaches are actual bodybuilders so you do get some real world experience from people who know what they're doing.
With how much talk gets thrown around on this forum, I would suspect there are quite a few people who could do very well and make some impressive transformations.
