Breakfast this morning was 300 mls of skim milk with 1.5 cups of Just Right and half a chopped banana and a skim milk Latte: 600 calories
 
Damn, why did I post this immediately after one of chocchilli's delicious creations .


Warm chicken salad with Moroccan spices, baby spinach, carrots, broccoli and avocado with an olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing

meanwhile, I made a pea protein shake .. oh god, has anyone tried that?

it's the most disgusting thing ever

going dairy free for a couple of weeks will be the end of me

threw it out...going in search of sorbet...
 

Haha sorbet beats pea protein, actually anything beats pea protein

ugh it's hot so I just made some pork schnitzel in cacao butter and ancho chile (ole! I put chilli and chocolate into everything ... lol)

salad and tomato from the garden and oat bread.

still hungry though
