great effort, but I am not sure some of those reps are full range. I will leave it up to others to comment first. After all, rules are rules.

good, but make sure all reps are with full extension of arms or they will not be counted. I will be hard, but fair.
 
lighter weight helps, I took off runners as well and got away with it before PT's saw my breaking of rules.
