Hey guys, I’ve recently found on internet this website call oms99.in, chatted with them on whats app and they seem to have a lot of good stuff. Also have good reviews on internet.
They have shown me some pictures with aus packages ready for delivery with at least 5 or 6 Aus address.
I competed in my first novice comp over the weekend and had a blast, didn't realise how fun they day was going to be.
Now I've tasted it, I wouldnt mind trying some real comps and as I've never really looked into it, there are obviously a lot of federations to choose from.

Ive been lifting for 15 months and am getting painful lower back on my deadlifts... saw a coach who helped me a lot with my form but it still hurts for days afterwards. Also if i do a big squat session i get pain.
I was thinking to try a belt to provide some support for my lower back.

I know a lot of peeps here say "cardio pffftt!"
But, do we need sustained (12-15 min) aerobic exercise? Not talking about high intensity weights, but actual cardio at a sustained higher intensity for at least 15 minutes numerous times a week??? Sometin to do with the left ventricle or something.

My work gym has a total of 177.5kg in plates and I'm close to deadlifting the lot and want to progress further. I can either join a gym or pay for some more weight, work won't pay unfortunately so looking at adding 2 extra 20kg plates. Cheapest I have found is $70 per plate.
