Interesting, but I don't think this action is going to save brits. more a sign of turmoil to come in global economy. As I said in 2008, get your debt down before it all implodes.

the guys I have listened to since 2008, one predicts Aussie share market will decline by 65% and safest option is to get rid of debt and hold assets in cash to lose least, preferably different accounts with each under $100,000.

yes, but they were instrumental in trying to stop mindless expansion of govt outlays in 1980s, setting example for all advanced countries.

Yes, they have ruled the world in terms of leadership for several centuries. better them than others, me say.

they never chose to adopt the single currency which came much later than the EU.

they left for alot of reasons, mainly the right wing appealing to poor people that the EU is the cause of all their problems.

they never had monetary union with EU. I think there are strengths and weaknesses from move, but will of people has spoken.

I'm a bit of a believer in a day of reckoning to come, the last eight years have been just kicking the can down the road, soon we will run out of road, have some money in the gold miners, been doing ok the last few years, who are the two guys you listen to Spartacus

Cos of the influx of foreigners coming to work there, they are shitting themselves cos turkey is about to get into the es, when they do every man and his kebab will head for uk looking to earn the pound

they kept the pound cos it's a strong currency.

The word "racist" is a magical word that you can shout when you don't know what else to say which immediately wins you any argument

I actually think brexit (and rise of Trump) is a wake up call for Australia, fast becoming less reliant on fortune of being a lucky country.
