But I gained weight, not sure where.... only the pics will tell......
 
Weight: 54.9kgs (+0.7kgs)
Training: PTC Sydney - Training for strength
Lifts: Squats 90kgs(Previously untested ATG), Bench 50kgs(+2.5kgs), Deadlift 110kgs (+20kgs)
Will post measurments when I find a tape measure:D

Need to update..... will post on Dexa day so will have a comparison from January dexa to July Dexa.
 
Before dieting, in the green top I was in the 70kg range, purple top 80kg range, and bikini is before bulk (before Trent)

Lolz... Ive never even considered abs, Maybe ill try later this year... I reckon ill find them some where around 100kgs...

Doubt ill be ready for stereo though!!!

Lol Stereo. Ain't gonna happen!
I saw my top 2 Ab's at 20% bf, that's only 4kgs away, its possible but I want to compete in the National Push/Pull later in the year. Not sure how I'm gonna work dieting and strength training. Might diet August/Sept/October with small calorie deficit, rest November, back into it December for Transformation challenge.
Will have to chat to Trent.
