Looks like a decent rack...only question I would ask is what is the wall thickness of the shs? you would want at least 2mm minimum.
I see that they have offered extended warranty option for 3 or 5 years. This is a good option to have but only I have seen this on electronic products. Its welded metal...what will break if its quality?

Looks pretty similar to the Revolution Fitness one I have that I got off Gumtree. It had the straight crossmember across the bottom at the back like that Kogan one which I found got in the way of my bench. I removed the whole lat attachment and that piece as I never used it anyway and the rack is still stable enough. I noticed they've changed the design now so the crossmember is curved at the back. http://www.southsidefitness.com.au/Power-Cages-Power-Racks/REVOLUTION-POWER-RACK-RPR100

My one had shitty metal hooks (like the ends of the safety bar on that one) so I bought some replacement custom j-hooks from Alphafit. At least that one has actual j-hooks and they look to have some kind of plastic\rubber on them which will protect your bar.

The other thing is the hole spacing is slightly too far for me to get the right bar position for bench so I use a couple of rubber mats under my bench.

If I was after something now, I'd consider it.
